Bville Realty LLC — the local brokerage doing business as Hester Realty Group — has acquired Patriots Plaza Office Center at 2230 / 2232 SE Washington Blvd. The deal secures the firm’s long-term home in Bartlesville and sets the stage for a major 2026 expansion.

The acquisition gives Hester Realty Group ownership of the entire Patriots Plaza complex — a mixed-use professional building that houses State Farm Insurance, Pro Mortgage, and other established Bartlesville businesses. The firm plans to expand its own office footprint inside the building to more than 6,000 square feet during 2026.
